Synopsis

Estação da CulturaĀ is an experimental short film about time travel. The story follows a train passenger who is transported to the Estação da Cultura, a cultural landmark in Arcoverde, in the Moxotó sertĆ£o of Pernambuco. As she navigates through memories and historical moments—from its inauguration as an old railway station to the present day—the passenger experiences encounters and farewells while connecting with the lands of the interior. The narrative unfolds through the body of the young woman as she embarks on a journey in search of new horizons, closing the cycle where it all began.
